A Little Playing

I have all my projects ready for the retreat this weekend and I got 6 LWR quilt tops made so I decided to do some playing in my sewing room. I pulled out the drawer full of triangles that I found while rearranging the room last month and started pressing and trimming. I found 48 triangles leftover from the row I made for my sister's row by row round robin quilt. That made 12 3" Broken Dishes blocks. One of the fabrics has strawberries in it so I paper pieced a strawberry for the center and added the blocks around the outside and here is the result...

I am not sure where I will go from here but it is a start. I might see if I can find some other strawberry fabric to add another border.
